The Decibel School Tour is an hour long open-air forum that is designed to allow young people to learn from executives and creatives about various traditional and non-traditional careers.

Established in 2014, we have introduced the program to roughly a hundred schools throughout the nation, and reached out to more than 50,000 students over that time period. In an effort to better connect with the youth of Trinidad and Tobago we made some changes to our program.

In addition to the staples of The Tour such as the panel discussion and interactive challenges,this year we have introduced the element of Hot Topics. Hot Topics focuses on issues such as Climate Change, Leadership, Mental Health and Social Media ,all of which have an impact with the youth today.

Our target this year is to visit approximately 40 academic institutions across Trinidad and Tobago, with the goal of bringing to the students, Entertainment with a Purpose.
